About Us

Dorothy Nairne, co-founder of Project Possible, has more than 30 years of behavior change design, management and project implementation experience. Dr. Nairne has worked with social enterprises in more than 20 African countries.

She has a Ph.D. in economic development and has worked extensively in community development, with focus on women’s empowerment, men’s participation, gender equality, job and wealth creation.
